I needed to get a Covid-19 test during the holiday season like so many others scrambling to keep their families safe.  I was instructed by my doctor’s office to go to StayWell. After a lot of back and forth, I was able to schedule a Covid test. The person I spoke with over the phone could not have been kinder or more patient with me while we sorted everything out. There were so many challenges discussed during the call and the PSA (Patient Service Associate) never seemed frustrated or impatient with me or my doctor’s office. During these crazy times, it meant a lot to work with someone who was calming and reassuring.
