Making It Possible to Grow a Healthier Community One Person At a Time

Your support makes this vital work possible.  Now more than ever, philanthropy fuels StayWell’s endeavors to ensure healthcare access for all, a healthier community, and a safe workplace with a thriving collegial environment where team members are always striving for excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience.

By inspiring individuals like you to volunteer and donate, while prioritizing excellence in the stewardship of all funds, StayWell can address our area’s most daunting health crises for the good of us all.

Charitable Donations

Charitable gifts of any amount go a long way toward helping StayWell deliver nationally recognized healthcare to its large patient population. You may contribute to StayWell Health Center’s mission to improve the lives of those in the Greater Waterbury area and help to support good health in others.

StayWell is a not-for-profit organization, so your gift may be tax-deductible. A donor may designate a specific service or a specific program to support and StayWell will honor this request.

Consider making a tax-deductible donation by sending a check to:

StayWell Health Center
1389 W Main Street, Suite 321
Waterbury, CT 06708

You can call Jessica, at 203-756-8021 ext. 3112 to make a donation using a credit card.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute contributions to StayWell provide a special opportunity to let family and friends know that your loved one is being remembered. It is a thoughtful and caring way to express sympathy while sharing support for the health and well-being of others.

Your gift, no matter its size, will give StayWell the opportunity to provide healthcare for those who are also struggling but without adequate resources to get the care they need.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Non-Monetary Gifts

StayWell also accepts donations of new and gently used children’s books that will support the Reach Out and Read program and other literacy initiatives supported by our staff to benefit our patients. A patient who can read will likely have a greater health-literacy ability, ultimately positively impacting one’s health status.

The organization also regularly accepts donations of new toothbrushes for adults and children, other items for our homeless patients, such as personal hygiene products, new socks and gift cards for coffee.

Lightly used prenatal clothes are also accepted and will be used by our over 300 pregnant patients who receive care at our site each year.

A cash donation is always welcome to support the organization’s expenses, particularly those related to the 18% of patients who are uninsured.
