  • Smoking cessation MAT and counseling for existing patients interested in quitting smoking

Services

Our Behavioral Health Team Will Assist With

  • Increasing self-confidence, communication skills and emotional regulation
  • Supporting the development of coping, mindfulness and stress management skills
  • Increasing ability to manage and cope with substance use and/or psychiatric, behavioral and emotional symptoms
  • Providing medication management and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Alcohol abuse, opiod abuse, tobacco abuse and more.  
  • Providing individualized Case Management services for both English and Spanish speaking patients
